[00:00:31] TREY GERRALD: Hello. Well, hello, and welcome to Review That Review.

[00:00:36] TREY GERRALD: We are the podcast that is dedicated to reviewing. Reviews. That is Chelsey Donn. And

[00:00:45] CHELSEY DONN: that is Trey Gerald.

[00:00:48] TREY GERRALD: But you can just call us, The Review Queens.

[00:00:55] CHELSEY DONN: And it's your turn this week, Trey. I'm sure you're dying to get something off your chest. And I'm dying to listen to you. So let me know, would you like to? Ledge a complaint.

[00:01:05] TREY GERRALD: Why yes, I would love to. So today I want to talk about When you are at a grocery store, when you're at a shopping mall, when you are at a Walmart, anytime you have a shopping cart, and for whatever reason, you get the cart that has the really loud squeaky wheel, or it can just be the defective wheel, where it's like, TheFNDC.

[00:01:25] TREY GERRALD: com For whatever reason that one in the left corner in the front like can't get on alignment, and then you're just like, whoa Less that because immediately when you go to pull that one, you're gonna move it. I want to talk about the one that's like

[00:01:44] TREY GERRALD: Because it's like you sort of are like, okay, maybe this will stop maybe like As I like get into the flow it will like WD 40 itself like through the spirit of magic or something and then you're just like going along and then like you're like grabbing for milk and then you start to notice like oh it's really loud and like people are like Watching me arrive, they're, they're seeing me from a distance and then like they're starting to talk about me And then I get like really paranoid because I always feel like people are looking at me and people like have negative opinions Of me just existing So then when you add to that like a really loud Squeaky thing which like I have nothing to do with like I just picked this cart like That's, you know, like Schadenfreude or whatever, but like, I, this, this actually happened the other day, but it wasn't me.

[00:02:33] TREY GERRALD: It was someone else. And so I could, a stranger. So I heard this like, hi, pitched Christian Chenoweth Soprano and like, was trying to like, find it. And then like, I'm like glaring at the person, like, why didn't you change the car? Like, I can hear you all over this big lot. Like, why have you not changed it?

[00:02:54] TREY GERRALD: Like, if it's annoying for me, it must be annoying for you. That's my complaint. I don't know the solution. Like, I don't think that it's a retail worker's job to like WD 40 all their wheels. But like, if you have a crazy defective one that's loud enough to be disruptive, like, I don't know, maybe put it in the back of the line?

[00:03:15] TREY GERRALD: I don't know. Um, that's my complaint. I just, I really had to get that out in the open. It's really been bothering me. Uh, can you relate?

[00:03:24] CHELSEY DONN: Oh my God, I can totally relate. And I hear you because it's like, I know you're like, Oh, why wouldn't you just return the cart? But sometimes it's like, You get too far with it.

[00:03:34] CHELSEY DONN: You know what I mean? It's like, I'm in the store. I just like, I need to get the thing. I only like three things to get, but like, it's just annoying because everyone is going to stare at you. Everyone's like, you're obnoxious. Everyone's like, you're causing noise pollution. But you're also like, it's not my fault.

[00:03:50] CHELSEY DONN: Like I didn't make this cart. I didn't do this. I'm just living my life. And now I have to deal with this. I'm a victim of the situation. I'm the one dealing with this, but I'm also the one that's producing this horrible, like nails on a chalkboard sound. So it's like, it's a conundrum. I do sort of think that the store should pull these, but I don't know when.

[00:04:12] CHELSEY DONN: I don't know when. Like, when do these things occur? It's gotta be gradual. Like, we had to know. We had to have a lead up to this.

[00:04:20] TREY GERRALD: Honestly, I imagine it's like when it gets left outside and there's been like a rainstorm.

[00:04:25] CHELSEY DONN: Maybe.

[00:04:25] TREY GERRALD: And then it's just like, I don't know how to squeaks. What are squeaks? What is that?

[00:04:29] TREY GERRALD: What are squeaks? Have you ever had to um, I think if

[00:04:32] CHELSEY DONN: you are, it does need maybe a WD 40, like it's like rusting a little, It has to be lubricated

[00:04:38] TREY GERRALD: wheel's

[00:04:38] CHELSEY DONN: not like, you know, making its rotation cleanly,

[00:04:41] TREY GERRALD: Have you ever WD 40'd the hinges on a door inside of your house?

[00:04:45] CHELSEY DONN: I've never WD 40'd a thing in my life, personally, Oh my god,

[00:04:48] TREY GERRALD: first of all, it smells so good, That's weird.

[00:04:51] TREY GERRALD: It smells very good.

[00:04:52] CHELSEY DONN: Like a gasoline kind of way. Like some people like to smell gasoline.

[00:04:55] TREY GERRALD: Yes, but I do think that gasoline actually is like acidic and bad smelling, but like some people are pleased by it. I do think the scent of WD 40 is like a pleasing aroma, which is very weird. Would it kill

[00:05:07] CHELSEY DONN: you probably if you sniffed it?

[00:05:08] CHELSEY DONN: It's

[00:05:09] TREY GERRALD: probably not good for you. It's probably something teenagers huff with or something. Exactly. It doesn't

[00:05:13] CHELSEY DONN: sound like a good thing to be sniffing, but it's enough. But some of

[00:05:16] TREY GERRALD: them come with like you stick the little like. Like a red coffee stirrer,

[00:05:20] CHELSEY DONN: and it's like, Exactly. I feel like a coffee star on the end of it.

[00:05:24] CHELSEY DONN: My grandfather, who should rest in peace, used to like come to the house and visit and he was the one that would WD 40 like everything, you know, he was just a handy guy. So he would be the one that was tweaking everything for us. So it's like, I've never done it myself.

[00:05:39] TREY GERRALD: It's definitely, I don't really

[00:05:40] CHELSEY DONN: get how it works, to be honest.

[00:05:42] TREY GERRALD: It's like a oil that lubricates that so that it like can move quicker without brushing it. It's like when you get like a knee replacement. They like put the piece in so your bones aren't against each other anymore.

[00:05:54] CHELSEY DONN: Right, right. It is a

[00:05:55] TREY GERRALD: dad thing. I feel like even my father, like for years, my sister has three kids and like the rocking chair is squeaky.

[00:06:02] TREY GERRALD: And like for years, it's like, I keep meaning to bring the WD 40, but it's like, you can't just like buy it on Amazon and get it delivered tomorrow and then do it yourself. No, I know you can, but I'm saying like, you can't just like fix it yourself. Like it's only for fathers. Right.

[00:06:18] CHELSEY DONN: Yeah, we need a father to come in.

[00:06:20] CHELSEY DONN: We need to hire a father. At least. When you come up with a complaint that I'm like, Oh my God, I should have thought of that. I'm like a little bit jealous. Like I should have thought of that myself. But then also I'm like, well, it's so universal. It just means that Hopefully our listeners can relate to these complaints, and I certainly can, so add it to the ledger.

[00:06:40] TREY GERRALD: Well, Chelsey, should we jump into an online review?

[00:06:43] CHELSEY DONN: Let's do

[00:06:44] TREY GERRALD: it. But before we do, if you are loving the show, please subscribe. Please be sure to hit that subscribe button, give us a like if you're having fun, drop a comment below to let us know what's making you laugh, or gasp, or cringe the most.

[00:06:57] CHELSEY DONN: We love hearing your thoughts, it's totally free, it really helps us grow and keeps the reviews coming your way, so please.

[00:07:03] CHELSEY DONN: Go ahead. Do your thing. Work your magic.

[00:07:05] TREY GERRALD: Do your big one. Speaking of.

[00:07:08] CHELSEY DONN: Let's do

[00:07:09] TREY GERRALD: it.

[00:07:11] CHELSEY DONN: Review That Review.

[00:07:17] CHELSEY DONN: As your trusty Review Queens, we bring in reviews from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

[00:07:23] TREY GERRALD: We read you a review, we break it down, and then together we rate the impact of that review on a scale from zero to five crowns. This is a very regal process that we call Assess That Kvetch. And Chelsey, I gotta know.

[00:07:39] TREY GERRALD: Please tell me. Make the anticipation end. What have you got for us today?

[00:07:44] CHELSEY DONN: All right, Trey. Well, speaking of creaky, creaky. Oh my God. My joints are so achy. Oh my goodness. What am I going to do with myself today? We are rating and reviewing a one star review from Google Reviews for Rougani Family Chiropractic in Saratoga County, New York.

[00:08:07] CHELSEY DONN: So we're going to the chiropractor today. This review is written by Sam Q. This is absolutely the best chiropractor in the Capital District. Dr. Rougani is a blessing. I came to his office with extreme chronic back pain and a mistrust For chiropractors, not only did he ease my mind, but he completely took away my back pain.

[00:08:47] CHELSEY DONN: He didn't force any adjustments or techniques I wasn't comfortable with and really listened to my concerns. Now I will Only see Dr. Rougani, I recommend him to all my family, friends, and anyone I meet experiencing back issues, Unfortunately, Dr. Rougani has a cantankerous face to his business, His receptionist, Mary Ann, She is the first person you must see when you enter and she is the self appointed warden when making an appointment upon leaving.

[00:09:39] CHELSEY DONN: Dr. Rougani is a loyal person, so I understand why he keeps the old bag around, but she is literally a deterrent to his business. She's rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, If she doesn't like you, she lets you know, With disgusting faces, sighs, and an uncooperative attitude when trying to make future appointments.

[00:10:14] CHELSEY DONN: She's so miserable, I sometimes prefer to deal with my back pain than deal with her. If Rougani invested in online appointment access that removed interaction from this human form of cancer, This place would be a perfect score, Rougani is beyond 5 out of 5, but his receptionist leaves me no choice to give a one star rating.

[00:10:51] TREY GERRALD: Okay, so, I, okay. I, okay, I feel a little stumped because I so hardcore can relate to this because I once did change a primary care doctor because of how, my turn, quacking, awful.

[00:11:14] CHELSEY DONN: Yeah,

[00:11:14] TREY GERRALD: the receptionists were. Okay. It's very funny because Sam Q really has expressed, I mean, they, this is like blowing for this doctor that they call them a blessing.

[00:11:31] TREY GERRALD: They completely took away the back pain. I mean, that is like Messiah work.

[00:11:36] CHELSEY DONN: Totally.

[00:11:37] TREY GERRALD: that they are so willing to bend over backwards to like make the excuse that like this doctor is so loyal that like they won't get rid of this human cancer that is like that is quite uh

[00:11:56] CHELSEY DONN: that's quite a statement

[00:11:57] TREY GERRALD: yeah that's not even a read that's like outrageous um and and it is funny because i do feel like reception and like I feel like more and more in today's culture, there's like security guards, like before you even would get to a receptionist, or maybe that's just because like we live in big cities, but like they really can turn your frown, your smile upside down, like the power, I mean, it's like the classic stereotype of, of like a DMV worker, like if a receptionist is not into it, that, that kills it, that ruins it.

[00:12:37] TREY GERRALD: That can just

[00:12:38] CHELSEY DONN: ruin the

[00:12:38] TREY GERRALD: whole thing. I mean. Even when I think about my dentist that I loved, when I think about my new doctor, they have those, like, wacky character, like, sassy ladies as the receptionist. It's so much about the experience, like, It cannot be underestimated the power of the receptionist. So I am on Sam's side.

[00:13:02] TREY GERRALD: Mm, okay. It it is a wild, this is a wild review. It,

[00:13:06] CHELSEY DONN: it is a wild review. It seems like it's miscalculated now. Like the entire first two thirds of the review is, it is a five star, clearly a five star review.

[00:13:16] TREY GERRALD: And they even circle back and say like, they get all the points, it's just this human cancer. But it don't you think that this could maybe have been.

[00:13:25] TREY GERRALD: a phone conversation, or an in person conversation, or an email? Well, not a

[00:13:29] CHELSEY DONN: phone conversation, because if they call, they probably get,

[00:13:32] TREY GERRALD: you know,

[00:13:34] CHELSEY DONN: they get, um, Marianne,

[00:13:36] TREY GERRALD: which I want to say, if there is any name that does not match the description, Marianne.

[00:13:43] CHELSEY DONN: Why? Because Marianne sounds nice. Marianne

[00:13:46] TREY GERRALD: sounds like Pollyanna.

[00:13:47] CHELSEY DONN: Yeah.

[00:13:50] TREY GERRALD: But my point is like, do you think that Sam has had a conversation with the doctor about Marianne? Do you think it would have been more reasonable to have a conversation before you blast and you actually say the person's name on Google?

[00:14:10] CHELSEY DONN: Yeah, because I don't know ultimately what you're hoping to get out of this.

[00:14:12] CHELSEY DONN: Like, it sounds like you have a really good relationship with this doctor and they're like a godsend to you. And it does feel like we should have a conversation with the doctor before we just Like, attribute a one star to their business, which is, like, gonna affect their overall, right? And they're gonna know who you are, because they have

[00:14:33] TREY GERRALD: records.

[00:14:33] TREY GERRALD: How many, like, I would imagine that there are some letters in the alphabet that have the least names, and I would say Q might be one of the lesser. Well, it says

[00:14:43] CHELSEY DONN: Sam's full name on Google. I just like omitted.

[00:14:47] TREY GERRALD: So like, obviously, like, they know who you are. Also,

[00:14:50] CHELSEY DONN: yeah,

[00:14:50] TREY GERRALD: it's so blazing and a lack of concern about retaliation, which is not where I operate.

[00:14:57] TREY GERRALD: I'm so concerned that like, it's so funny to me. That's the entertainment to me is like, Sam doesn't care. Like, If you ever want to go back, you say like, you're only going here now. Well, what are you going to do the next time you go? Because Marianne is going to. If you thought Marianne was a quack before.

[00:15:14] CHELSEY DONN: What do you think she's going to? How is she going to behave now that she sees this review from you, Sam?

[00:15:18] TREY GERRALD: Now that I would say Marianne is maybe justified. And coming at you sideways.

[00:15:22] CHELSEY DONN: And being a little cantankerous, which I do wonder, because at one point, Sam did mention, like, if Marianne doesn't like you, watch out, which almost makes me wonder, again, not that I want to be victim blaming here, but why?

[00:15:38] CHELSEY DONN: Like, Sam, obviously, you have a sharp tongue, right? So, you maybe pissed off the wrong person, Sam.

[00:15:47] TREY GERRALD: If you're this biting behind your keyboard, how is your tongue?

[00:15:51] CHELSEY DONN: I mean, maybe Marianne is cantankerous, but maybe Marianne also Has a little bit of a grudge against you because maybe you said something nasty. I don't know.

[00:16:01] CHELSEY DONN: I wouldn't put it past you. I think some of the language is very extreme while it's funny.

[00:16:07] Yeah, I agree. Um,

[00:16:08] CHELSEY DONN: I think calling someone human cancer is pretty extreme. Like we said, what else did we, did we call her? An old

[00:16:15] TREY GERRALD: bag.

[00:16:15] CHELSEY DONN: An old bag. Keeps the old bag around.

[00:16:19] TREY GERRALD: And does she say, sorry, does Sam say at the beginning?

[00:16:22] CHELSEY DONN: Yeah.

[00:16:22] TREY GERRALD: Cantankerous face. What is the word after cantankerous?

[00:16:27] CHELSEY DONN: Faith.

[00:16:28] TREY GERRALD: Oh my gosh. Human cancer. But

[00:16:32] CHELSEY DONN: no, faith for his business. Cantankerous faith. Unfortunately has cantankerous faith for his business.

[00:16:37] TREY GERRALD: Oh, also, I feel like the most shady is like, perhaps the doctor should go the way of, uh, like toothpaste assembly lines and just get a robot and eliminate any human work.

[00:16:51] TREY GERRALD: Let's just get an online portal so we can eliminate Marianne's job. I mean, it's such a wild take.

[00:16:58] CHELSEY DONN: But also like, yeah, I mean, I think that that is one of the things as much as it's annoying to have to use these online portals. And I believe fan, a fan of the show, Jenny H called in and left a voicemail about how annoying these like portals are for doctors.

[00:17:17] CHELSEY DONN: However, in situations like this, it would be nice to have an alternative. If I really liked the doctor and I just don't want to have to deal with this. I don't think it's a terrible idea to be like, if you had an online portal. Or Calen calendarly type thing. Yeah. Where I could just schedule my own appointment.

[00:17:34] CHELSEY DONN: Like that would be better. And if like there's benefit and maybe you can, you can keep the old bag around and those of us who are on the SHIT list don't need to deal with her. I don't know. It's not a bad idea, but I'm, I'm struggling with this because at the end of the day. The doctor seems fantastic and you're really giving them a ding.

[00:17:59] CHELSEY DONN: Is this worth a one star because of this one element?

[00:18:04] TREY GERRALD: I know the one star seems really severe. Like, is Marianne that bad? I

[00:18:08] CHELSEY DONN: feel like a three

[00:18:09] TREY GERRALD: star, maybe? Right, me too.

[00:18:11] CHELSEY DONN: Like, I feel like a one star feels

[00:18:14] TREY GERRALD: extreme.

[00:18:16] CHELSEY DONN: Because, like, Are you not gonna go back to this doctor now? I mean, it sounds like you are. Like, you said that.

[00:18:22] CHELSEY DONN: You said, like, you wouldn't go anywhere else. Like, this is, I, you'll, you'll only see this doctor. So why are you hurting the doctor? You're hurting. You're hurting him.

[00:18:33] TREY GERRALD: I'm worried for that next visit. Um, all right. Well, okay. What is the value, new and unique information here?

[00:18:44] CHELSEY DONN: Oh my god, if I go to Dr. Rougani, the first thing that I'm doing is I'm like stopping by Dunkin Donuts, I'm getting like a box of coffee, I'm getting a dozen donut munchkins, whatever it is, and I am giving it to Marianne as soon as I walk in, and I'm gonna suck up to Marianne so hard, because I do not want to be on her bad list, because you know what?

[00:19:07] CHELSEY DONN: When you, and I've been there, have a chiropractic emergency, and you need to be seen, You want the person that works reception to be like, you know what, I'll squeeze you in. Yeah, let me help.

[00:19:18] TREY GERRALD: Yeah. And also like we've, we've said it already, but like the doctor itself is tremendous.

[00:19:24] CHELSEY DONN: The doctor's good.

[00:19:26] TREY GERRALD: Uh, yeah.

[00:19:27] TREY GERRALD: What's spelling grammar like?

[00:19:29] CHELSEY DONN: We did have a few grammatical errors throughout, not like huge, but like just missing a word, little word here and there.

[00:19:37] TREY GERRALD: I mean, we talked about this uncertainty about the truthful shadiness, like, and like, is there a lack of disclosure? Like, is there a reason Marianne doesn't like you?

[00:19:49] TREY GERRALD: If you're qualifying that if Marianne doesn't like you, you get this. Um, but is that victim blaming blame me? I don't, I think this is incredibly shady, but I also think I kind of do believe it regardless. They say there that Marianne is unprofessional, which it is a job, like. You do have to be pleasant.

[00:20:10] TREY GERRALD: Like, you know, that's a major problem with working in customer service. Yeah. Um,

[00:20:21] TREY GERRALD: I don't, I don't know what I think about Truthful Shady because it just seems to, it's definitely shady. And it's like, I mean,

[00:20:29] CHELSEY DONN: I think it's truthful in the sense that like, obviously Sam is so opinionated that I'm going to take his opinion. For the fact that the doctor is good to heart. So it is like, I feel like that's truthful, but it's undeniably shady as well.

[00:20:49] TREY GERRALD: Yeah.

[00:20:50] CHELSEY DONN: Right.

[00:20:51] TREY GERRALD: Do you think this is typical?

[00:20:54] CHELSEY DONN: I honestly probably like I think I probably Marianne has like a lot of haters I would imagine I

[00:21:01] TREY GERRALD: would imagine too it's written in a way that it feels like there's no question this is what is so

[00:21:08] CHELSEY DONN: I was humored and entertained by the flip like I didn't see the first I thought okay I'm gonna bring this in and this is just gonna be a review where it's like Why did you do that?

[00:21:20] CHELSEY DONN: This is a glowing review. It could have been a review queen, but you like scored it wrong. And then when it took the turn, that was exciting to me.

[00:21:30] TREY GERRALD: Yeah.

[00:21:30] CHELSEY DONN: And surprising. And I think that that's where the entertainment is. So I do think there's some entertainment. And then ultimately, what's the impact? Well,

[00:21:40] TREY GERRALD: that's where I'm a little confused for crowning, because I'm trying to figure out, is it biased of me to think that One star is too extreme?

[00:21:51] TREY GERRALD: Or like, would it keep, would Marianne keep me from going to someone that would take my back pain completely away? I don't know.

[00:22:02] CHELSEY DONN: I guess we'll, we'll define that when we crown.

[00:22:04] TREY GERRALD: Yeah, I think I can crown, you ready? I

[00:22:06] CHELSEY DONN: can crown, I'm ready, yeah.

[00:22:08] TREY GERRALD: So, Chelsey and I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards, and in an effort to be fair and not influenced by one another, we will simultaneously reveal our rating.

[00:22:18] CHELSEY DONN: The queens are tabulating.

[00:22:26] CHELSEY DONN: Okay, interesting, I'm holding up two crowns, Trey, you're holding up three crowns. Trey, you go first. Tell us why three crowns for Sam.

[00:22:34] TREY GERRALD: Well, I'm saying three crowns because I don't want to, um, diminish the impact that Sam is saying is true of Marianne's personality here. So I do think it could have been a conversation.

[00:22:51] TREY GERRALD: Maybe it has, and that's why they've gone public with it. I love the brazen, uh, I love You know, I don't give a bleep. So I don't know. It's just like, it's valuable, but it's a negative because I'm getting that the doctor is amazing. But like, this is really complicated. Would it keep me from going? Probably not.

[00:23:14] TREY GERRALD: I would, I would go and I would be armed to like, don't take a personal and like, maybe Marianne was fired. I mean, who knows? So, I said three, because there's value, I think it's a little incorrect, but I also have an input, so, I don't know. Why did you say two?

[00:23:32] CHELSEY DONN: I really just feel like it's kind of incorrectly marked, I don't think that this is a one star review for the doctor, right?

[00:23:40] CHELSEY DONN: I understand knocking off a couple crowns because at the end of the day, the doctor is responsible for who they hire and who is the quote unquote cantankerous face of their business, but I don't think that this is a one star review, so I can't really give it more than two crowns, I don't think it would stop me from going, but I am glad that I know these details, And so that's where the two crowns are coming from.

[00:24:03] CHELSEY DONN: Like I, like you said, I'm armed. I know how to get into Marianne, like get on, I want to get on her good side. I got to get on the, I can't get on the naughty list. I got to get on the nice list. So because of that, two crowns.

[00:24:17] TREY GERRALD: Yeah, heard. Fun review. Good job.

[00:24:21] CHELSEY DONN: Thank you. Thank you.

[00:24:27] CHELSEY DONN: Okay, Trey. Well, I think we've done it. I think we've reached the most regal portion of our show. Let us know who are you inducting for? My Royal Highness.

[00:24:40] TREY GERRALD: Today, I need to induct. This is something that Anytime I'm sick, I like have this thought of, wow, you're never grateful when you're not, not

[00:24:50] sick.

[00:24:51] TREY GERRALD: So today I want us to all come together, hold hands, do a little hum.

[00:24:56] TREY GERRALD: And if you are in good health at this current moment, if you don't have a tickle in the back of your throat, if you don't have a post nasal drip, if you don't have any big problems, let's actually right now, pause, be grateful. Today, I'm in really good health. Because the minute you're not, you're going to be like, dang, I really didn't take advantage of the fact that like, I don't have a pounding headache today.

[00:25:20] TREY GERRALD: And when I don't, I don't think about it. But now that I'm suffering, I'm realizing all the times I haven't been grateful. So, being grateful in the moment of not being under the weather, that, that deserves five crowns. So, today I am inducting that feeling of being thankful when you actually are not sick, as My Royal Highness.

[00:25:46] CHELSEY DONN: I love that, Trey, we've really like, I've gone philosophical with these Royal Highnesses lately and I'm feeling that. I appreciate that. Thank you. Great induction, Queen.

[00:25:56] TREY GERRALD: Thank you. Well, we did it, Queen. That is another round on the R U A R Q Ferris Wheel of I'm an Old Bag of Bones, Warden.

[00:26:07] CHELSEY DONN: Thank you for joining us.

[00:26:09] CHELSEY DONN: If you like what you heard, please tell a friend.

[00:26:13] TREY GERRALD: If you did not like what you heard, please tell an enemy. A

[00:26:16] CHELSEY DONN: cantankerous enemy.

[00:26:18] TREY GERRALD: On today's After Show Pod, Chelsey, you and I are going to be rating and reviewing a One Star Google Review, sounds familiar, or a Best Western Review. And White Plains, New York.

[00:26:35] CHELSEY DONN: Wow. Okay. I wonder why this was said. I think so. Like I think about the fact that I used to always get the chicken Caesar salad from Applebee's and I would like love it. But at the same time, I was like, this is not chicken. Like, I like it, whatever it is, like it tastes good, but like. It's closer to rubber than it is to chicken.

[00:26:56] TREY GERRALD: Well, that's America for you, baby.

[00:26:58] CHELSEY DONN: I know.

[00:26:59] TREY GERRALD: Gee willikers, I wonder why as well. But please remember.

[00:27:07] CHELSEY DONN: Ignore the haters.

[00:27:09] TREY GERRALD: You're a queen. Gender non-specific queen. That's right.

[00:27:13] CHELSEY DONN: Love you.

[00:27:56] TREY GERRALD: I've never been, but I love chiropractic videos.

[00:27:59] CHELSEY DONN: Okay. I've definitely been. I have a chiropractor out here that is like, has been a lifesaver for me, like walked in excruciating pain.

[00:28:08] CHELSEY DONN: Shout out to Dr. Moravati. If you're in LA,

[00:28:10] TREY GERRALD: who's Dr. Moravati's receptionist.

[00:28:14] CHELSEY DONN: She's always been nice to me.

[00:28:16] TREY GERRALD: Well, don't make her mad.

[00:28:18] CHELSEY DONN: I certainly will not.

[00:28:20] TREY GERRALD: Bye.

[00:28:21] CHELSEY DONN: Bye.
