[00:00:40] Chelsey Donn: Reviews! We're just like Siskel and Ebert only instead of reviewing cinematic masterpieces, we rate and review those hilarious scathing and sometimes suspicious online reviews.

[00:00:52] Trey Gerrald: that is Chelsey Donn,

[00:00:54] Chelsey Donn: And that's Trey Gerrald.

[00:00:56] Trey Gerrald: and together we are

[00:01:19] Trey Gerrald: Chelsey Goose. How are you? That was a

[00:01:23] Chelsey Donn: Why aren't we a chick? You're just a chicken just

[00:01:25] Trey Gerrald: What's the difference between a chicken and a goose?.

[00:01:28] Chelsey Donn: I chickens, female.

[00:01:30] Trey Gerrald: don't know.

[00:01:30] Chelsey Donn: I don't know. I was just going to say, I feel like tidbits is the perfect word to describe what we're getting at Patreon. So many tidbits over there.

[00:01:38] Trey Gerrald: just switched up scrap. So I thank you.

[00:01:41] Chelsey Donn: Of course. And my week's going well. just been writing up a storm.

[00:01:46] Chelsey Donn: I'm like a writing machine.

[00:01:47] Trey Gerrald: you really are.

[00:01:48] Chelsey Donn: I'm sort of up against the deadline. So right, Ray, I feel like Alexander Hamilton, you know like writing

[00:01:55] Trey Gerrald: Wait, did you just say Alexandra?

[00:01:57] Chelsey Donn: Alexander, Alexander Hamilton.

[00:01:59] Trey Gerrald: I thought you said I'm like Alexandra Hamilton.

[00:02:03] Chelsey Donn: Oh, I could feel, yes. I'm like Alexander. That's what I meant to say. Alexandra Hamilton. And it's like, I'm calm. I'm like between Alexander Hamilton and like the tick tick boom guy, but hopefully like minus the death part. But I do feel like I'm running out of

[00:02:19] Trey Gerrald: John. A'. Jonathan Larson,

[00:02:22] Chelsey Donn: Um, yes. Alexandra Jonathan.

[00:02:27] Trey Gerrald: That's interesting anyway, well,

[00:02:29] Chelsey Donn: was your week?

[00:02:31] Trey Gerrald: uh, my week, you know, okay, so here we go. So my week?

[00:02:34] Trey Gerrald: you know, if you recall from last week, I was talking about how my throat hurt and it hurt to swallow. If you are a member. Yes, If you're a member of the Patreon, you will see the slow progression of like the color leaving my face.

[00:02:48] Trey Gerrald: And by the time we got to the after-show. The video footage of me is actually kind of scary so much so that at the end, Chelsey was like, I think, I think you should, do you want to take a nap? And I followed her advice. I did die. I died last week. Uh, literally dead I'm I've come back to live, call me Trey Christ.

[00:03:08] Trey Gerrald: And here I am, but I wasn't sure what was going on with me. And that's going to sort of lead into my complaint because my week was insane. I was literally in bed. All week, I have a day job that I've had, I had to like call out of. And it's like, it's the first time I needed a doctor's note because I had to have that to prove that I was sick because I was missing all these shifts and, you know,

[00:03:34] Chelsey Donn: Crazy.

[00:03:35] Trey Gerrald: It was very intense, but I will happily share that my rapid NPCR COVID-19 tests both came back negative and my rapid and like culture, which takes two days of the, of strap both Came back.

[00:03:52] Trey Gerrald: negative.

[00:03:52] Trey Gerrald: So I have no idea what was wrong with me. I'm feeling better today. My third still kind of hurts when I swallow, but very minimally. And I'm not on any Tylenol right now. So things are looking at.

[00:04:03] Chelsey Donn: we should not have Tylenol in the wings, just in case, you know, I don't know, Trey, you really scared me because the thing is Trey's already very pale, you know? And so Trey sick, it was a sight, it was a sight to see, and I was very concerned and I did think that your body looked as though it needed rest.

[00:04:23] Trey Gerrald: Yeah. I was asleep within 10 minutes like ending last week.

[00:04:27] Chelsey Donn: Oh, my goodness. I'm so glad that you're feeling

[00:04:29] Trey Gerrald: Thank you.

[00:04:31] Lodge A Complaint

[00:04:31] Chelsey Donn: Do you want a lodge into your complaint right away since we're already like ripe and of the season?

[00:04:36] Trey Gerrald: Yeah, let's just go ahead and take this opportunity. I really need to

[00:04:40] VOICEOVER: Lodge A Complaint.

[00:04:41] Trey Gerrald: against doctor's notes. Can I tell you.

[00:04:44] Chelsey Donn: Yes.

[00:04:45] Trey Gerrald: Okay. I feel like when you're like a student, you need a doctor's note. Like I remember, you know. feigning having, um, asthma so that I could get a doctor's note. So I didn't have to participate in PE and elementary school.

[00:04:59] Trey Gerrald: And my mom was on. Yeah.

[00:05:01] Trey Gerrald: I didn't, I had never had asthma, but my mom was totally on board to like go along with the rules. I don't know if she knew if it was a ruse or not, but that way I didn't have to do physical activity and get made fun of, I just would be made fun of walking down the hall.

[00:05:13] Trey Gerrald: Playing basketball or trying to play basketball. Anyway, I don't, I'm not familiar with doctor's notes. I haven't used them in many years, but I needed one for my employer. And so the whole time I was sick, I kept thinking I had to get out of bed and go to the doctor. I have to go to the doctor and the thing now, like once you reach a certain age and you're not going to a pediatrician, doctors appointments are scheduled.

[00:05:36] Trey Gerrald: Weeks sometimes months in advance. So my primary care physician who's like a legitimate doctor was like, Oh, we don't have any availability. You could try calling in the morning, but I'm like, I need this doctor's now it became this crazy task. So then I had to go to like an urgent care and I, which is fine, but then it's like, but I know that this urgent care does COVID testing.

[00:05:56] Trey Gerrald: Am I going to get COVID over here trying to figure out if I have strap you

[00:06:00] Chelsey Donn: Oh, that's scary. Yes.

[00:06:02] Trey Gerrald: I was so scared to ask for the doctor's note. Cause I thought it's just like what it feels like to do a drug deal. Like, am I asking for this? Because

[00:06:10] Chelsey Donn: Your version of

[00:06:11] Trey Gerrald: something that's yeah. Well I was like, are they going to think that I'm like faking, trying to get a doctor's note because I'm late.

[00:06:17] Trey Gerrald: Like all this weird self talks are going on. And then when I, they were like, oh yeah, yeah, like we can get you One,

[00:06:23] Trey Gerrald: It was like literally a printed form with like five boxes and they just checked a box. And like the signature is literally. One, like wave form of a wiggle. Like it's no one's

[00:06:34] Chelsey Donn: right? Well, they always

[00:06:36] Trey Gerrald: yeah.

[00:06:36] Trey Gerrald: And it's like, the date was written so sloppily and it was just like, this patient is awaiting COVID-19 test results and can not return until more information is given. Like, I was like, this is like, this doesn't even, but it's all about the red tape is what I'm learning.

[00:06:52] Chelsey Donn: Yes, there's a lot of red tape, but I'm wondering, so when you called your first doctor and you were inquiring about this, did you say, like, I specifically need a doctor's note for work and they were like, we can't fit you in.

[00:07:04] Trey Gerrald: No, I didn't even

[00:07:05] Chelsey Donn: You probably should have said

[00:07:07] Trey Gerrald: Ooh, good tip. '

[00:07:08] Chelsey Donn: cause especially now in like the days of COVID when we might not want to go outside and be like further exposed.

[00:07:14] Chelsey Donn: If we were already feeling sick or we might not want to be the exposed Z. I can't imagine that they couldn't have done like a tele visit with a nurse practitioner or something. Just to get you a note.

[00:07:26] Trey Gerrald: Well, I did not even think about that. Also. My doctor I've talked about this before is so old school. I don't know if they do telemedicine,

[00:07:36] Trey Gerrald: but I should

[00:07:37] Chelsey Donn: God forbid, this should never happen again, but if it does, I would say tell them what you need, because they they'll either say, oh, you just need a doctor's note for work. Come in for 15 minutes here. So I can take a look at you or like, I'll do a tele visit and I'll, you

[00:07:54] Trey Gerrald: Oh, I so appreciate that. Great. I'm glad I lodged this complaint cause that's really

[00:07:58] Chelsey Donn: there you go.

[00:07:59] Trey Gerrald: anyway. So that's my complaint. Chelsey goose.

[00:08:02] Chelsey Donn: hear you.

[00:08:02] Trey Gerrald: What's your complaint?

[00:08:03] Chelsey Donn: Mike and plain as much more, I guess like frivolous, but just zippers, you know, like you get a wonky zipper. And it can just ruin the whole experience. I have a purse that the back zipper, like the inside back's zipper, it's just, it never worked right from the day I got it. I thought there's something wrong with the zipper.

[00:08:27] Chelsey Donn: It's always getting off the track. Not enough. Thank goodness. That the zipper piece has fallen off just enough that it's doing that thing where it's like opening on it. So don't like, I'm trying to figure out, does this zipper go left to right? Or does it go right to left and which way should I be pushing the zipper to try to fix the issue?

[00:08:51] Chelsey Donn: It's stressful, Trey. It was a nice bag. I'm upset about it. And I just think what's happening with the zippers. Do you have problems

[00:09:01] Trey Gerrald: kind of mad that you just said zippers, because it's such a good complaint. Like, I wish that I had set up before you. That really is one of those things that just, you just, you know, you're living your day. And then all of a sudden you were like a little brisk. And so you want to like zip up your hoodie and it's like the zipper broke or The caught, or God forbid,

[00:09:22] Chelsey Donn: in it. God forbid it falls off.

[00:09:24] Trey Gerrald: I was going to say, God forbid something about Mary.

[00:09:26] Trey Gerrald: Do you remember what happens in

[00:09:27] Chelsey Donn: Oh, yeah, I think about it every time my zipper is at Braven though. There's nothing down there, but I still think about that cause I'm like, Ooh.

[00:09:36] Trey Gerrald: Yes. I mean, zippers are crazy and we rely on them for very important things. So when there's a hitch in the plan, it just becomes done at that point

[00:09:47] Chelsey Donn: Yeah. We cannot afford hitches. With zippers,

[00:09:51] Trey Gerrald: hitches

[00:09:52] Chelsey Donn: no hitches was as batch as

[00:09:54] Trey Gerrald: my gosh. But I love a zipper more than I love Velcro. So I'm trying to think, like, how do you retroactively fix the zipper besides.

[00:10:01] Chelsey Donn: The thing is that each one of them may feel like come with their advantages and disadvantages. Like the, my problem with Velcro gets very dirty.

[00:10:12] Trey Gerrald: true Ryan, there needs to be about cope rush

[00:10:14] Chelsey Donn: I hate when I have dirty Velcro. Ugh, disgusting.

[00:10:18] Trey Gerrald: also S

[00:10:19] Chelsey Donn: are pretty good. fall off. I do like a snap.

[00:10:23] Trey Gerrald: Yeah. I like the sensation of a snap to also

[00:10:26] Chelsey Donn: Satisfying.

[00:10:28] Trey Gerrald: Zippers is very difficult. That's a very advanced sewing skill. I don't know if you know that.

[00:10:32] Chelsey Donn: Well, I was honestly, I was sort of hoping that you are going to come back at me with some sort of like knowledge about wool Chelsey standards, zippers, always if left to right. And like, if you ever get in this situation, do this, but, okay. So apparently Trey is very crafty. You guys, if you don't know this already, he makes wigs and costumes and just check out his Instagram.

[00:10:58] Trey Gerrald: But that's all, that's all in the category of like dry. Which I'm doing, not even as a real drag person, just it's usually Halloween so that

[00:11:07] Chelsey Donn: done like

[00:11:08] Trey Gerrald: that's all like duct tape in a dream. It's like hot glue. I only recently

[00:11:13] Chelsey Donn: but it looks so good.

[00:11:15] Trey Gerrald: don't have to like do a runway. I don't have to go out in public and it, so a lot of times.

[00:11:19] Trey Gerrald: All whatever the front facade is. I have never had to deal with the zipper cause that's really, that is really advanced, but that's something I am looking forward to taking on actually with

[00:11:28] Chelsey Donn: Please do learn so you can impart that wisdom.

[00:11:31] Trey Gerrald: You can give me all your socks to darn all to raise up.

[00:11:35] Chelsey Donn: Yes, please. All right. I love it.

[00:12:28] Sears 1 Star Review

[00:12:28] VOICEOVER: Review That Review.

[00:12:33] Chelsey Donn: as you know, we are your trustee Review! Queens. We bring in reviews from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

[00:12:39] Trey Gerrald: We read you the Review! break it down and rate the impact of the review on a scale from zero to five crowns. It's a very Regal process that.

[00:12:50] VOICEOVER: Assess That Kvetch.

[00:12:52] Chelsey Donn: And RQ T you are bringing in the Review! for us this week. What do you got?

[00:12:57] Trey Gerrald: This week, I have a one star review from trustpilot.com for C or written by Rosemarie S

[00:13:11] Chelsey Donn: Rose Marie, as sounds very familiar.

[00:13:13] Trey Gerrald: oh, really?

[00:13:14] Chelsey Donn: I don't know why. Maybe it's just, maybe I've read too many reviews. You guys

[00:13:19] Trey Gerrald: Maybe the name Rosemarie EVOX have certain feeling within you, which we will get into

[00:13:27] Chelsey Donn: Ooh. Okay. Can't wait.

[00:13:28] Trey Gerrald: that might be why. So this is Rosemarie asses, one star Trustpilot Review! for seekers and their subject is lies, corruption, and thievery. This was written April 23rd, 2020. I'm 89 years old female, and we'll be 90 May 11th.

[00:13:48] Trey Gerrald: And I have exclusively only purchased from Sears in the past. And so has most of my family. I ordered a GE microwave with delivery and installation as I Can't install it myself because it's too heavy to lift and I have bad arthritis in my head. March 31st, 2022 and was told it would be delivered on April 22nd, 2022.

[00:14:14] Trey Gerrald: I knew it was a long time to wait.

[00:14:16] Trey Gerrald: and Sears offered a small discount of about $30 for my patients. The week before the delivery, I received an email from Sears that my product would be arriving in five days and I should be excited to receive it. Then the same email three days before. But this one said you should receive a call from the installation company to set up a time on April oh two L's 22nd. I never got a call. So I reached out to Sears. My 24 year old grandson was coming to stay with me in may, and I wanted to make sure their microwave worked for him. When he arrived. Sears told me the installation company was coming and not to worry. I asked for the installation company's phone number so I could call them in case I didn't get a call, which Sears gave me the name of the company is tri county installation or TCI.

[00:15:14] Trey Gerrald: And was again, assured that they would be coming the 22nd of April. I called TCI. It went right to voicemail. I left a message and said, I was looking forward to their call to set up a time on the 22nd. This was a Wednesday about 2:00 PM. So when the call went right to voicemail, I was alarmed because someone should have picked up.

[00:15:39] Trey Gerrald: Maybe they had a late lunch. So I called again at 3:30 PM and the call went right to voicemail. I got concerned and called Sears and was told not to work. I asked what happens if TCI doesn't call me and Cirrus said, don't worry. They will. Well now it's the day. of delivery and no call from TCI. So I call Sears again.

[00:16:08] Trey Gerrald: They say, well, we've written TCI, three emails and called three X. I asked what's the address of TCI and Sears didn't have an address for them. I Googled TCI in long island. One company came up and they were a plumbing company and Bayville, New York. I called them and they thought I was crazy because they didn't do Sears product installations.

[00:16:37] Trey Gerrald: So I called Sears and they said, please give us 24 hours to investigate this. I was angry, but agreed to this. 24 hours later, I called Sears and they said the installation company, TCI isn't returning our emails or calls. We will set you up with a new installation company, but they won't reach out to you on Saturday or Sunday.

[00:17:04] Trey Gerrald: And it will be about 72 hours till they call. And then you can set up a new installation date. This is absurd. How can Sears not vet the people they use and advance? So I asked for a full refund and I have to wait seven to 10 business days to get my $506 refund. I called best buy. When I got off the phone with the Sears BS, I ordered the same exact microwave delivery and installation.

[00:17:36] Trey Gerrald: Total cost $406. It's $100 cheaper than Sears. And I was giving a time and date for the delivery and installation process three days from now, April 26th, between nine and 2:00 PM. Thank God for best buy. I will never buy, buy anything from Sears again. And I suggest all that. Read this, do the same Rosemarie.

[00:18:11] Chelsey Donn: Wow Rosemarie. Okay. Wow. So I have a question just for clarity. Cause I feel like I like blacked out for a second. Cause I was processing, they said. So, sorry, they're not answering our calls are our emails either. We're going to schedule you with someone else, but it was like a weekend. So they said, well, basically have to wait till Monday.

[00:18:33] Chelsey Donn: So it's going to be like 72 hours. What happened in between that section of the Review! and the part of the Review! where we went to best buy.

[00:18:43] Trey Gerrald: I think that instead of accepting that they asked refund, cause they're like, going to be 72 hours. So then I think

[00:18:51] Chelsey Donn: Did they say that explicitly? And I just like blacked out.

[00:18:54] Trey Gerrald: Well, she, well, Rosemarie says that they, so I asked for a referral refund,

[00:19:00] Chelsey Donn: oh. So I asked for a full refund. Okay.

[00:19:02] Trey Gerrald: So, and then they have to wait seven to 10 business days to get that, $506 refund.

[00:19:07] Trey Gerrald: That's a very expensive microwave.

[00:19:10] Chelsey Donn: right. That is a, yeah, maybe it's a really, really good one.

[00:19:14] Trey Gerrald: All for the Crenn Scion.

[00:19:16] Chelsey Donn: yeah, it's very sweet. My first thought is I'm feeling like very true. Crimey all of a sudden, and I want to know what happened to T C. I is a TCI. Did somebody die? Are we not concerned? I mean, this is what was funny to me is that when this grandmother, yeah, Salvador, this grandmother says.

[00:19:47] Chelsey Donn: I called once. And it wants you to voicemail. I was very concerned. I thought what a nice woman to be so concerned about what is it? And then, and then when she said maybe they had a late lunch, I thought, oh God, this is so funny. Like she's developing a personal relationship with this company and she's worried, why are they answering the phone?

[00:20:10] Chelsey Donn: And then the company drops the bomb. They've also been contacting TCI emails, calls to no avail. And I'm sitting here wondering what the hell is happening to GCI.

[00:20:25] Trey Gerrald: Yeah. Cause I think that Sears is such a huge company. They don't have their own installation delivery

[00:20:31] Chelsey Donn: They probably subcontract out. I don't know. I don't know how these things work, you guys, but I, I like is anyone else listening, concerned about TCI and what is become of this company? I mean, someone should call the police and get them over there. There could be something atrocious.

[00:20:50] Trey Gerrald: well, yeah, I am curious, like, obviously I don't think it should be Rosemarie's concern. I feel like,

[00:20:56] Chelsey Donn: but it was,

[00:20:57] Trey Gerrald: I feel like Sears should be like, they should be concerned.

[00:21:00] Chelsey Donn: Yeah.

[00:21:01] Trey Gerrald: Do you think that this is a common situation? Or do you think that this was like a random occurrence? I mean,

[00:21:08] Chelsey Donn: I think this is a common situation in that now not necessarily from Sears, from them all. They're all kind of terrible, but my. Landlord slash roommate has had a few things installed here and it's always a problem and it's always a saga and the thing's always late and it's so stressful. The person's like not getting back to you or they don't have what they need and they have to come back.

[00:21:34] Chelsey Donn: And my sister who's lives closer to you has had the same exact thing in New Jersey. So I think it's common to have Michigan. With deliveries and installs. Yes, I do.

[00:21:49] Trey Gerrald: Right. I do.

[00:21:50] Trey Gerrald: trust Rosemary and

[00:21:53] Chelsey Donn: Yeah.

[00:21:53] Trey Gerrald: but I do think that there is something about like Korean. Reality because Rosemarie was so concerned from the get that there

[00:22:01] Chelsey Donn: Yes. Very

[00:22:03] Trey Gerrald: Very

[00:22:03] Chelsey Donn: Lot of anxiety. A lot of an,. Yes.

[00:22:06] Trey Gerrald: Which I

[00:22:07] Chelsey Donn: it did, did like arrive on time, like, or did it not arrive?

[00:22:12] Trey Gerrald: Well, they were wanting to get it delivered on the 22nd, But then they do end up getting a delivered four days later after all of that on the 26th with a different

[00:22:22] Chelsey Donn: But through best

[00:22:23] Trey Gerrald: best buy,

[00:22:25] Chelsey Donn: which is sort of,

[00:22:26] Trey Gerrald: Well, that's also another thing. Why would it take a month to get it delivered?

[00:22:29] Chelsey Donn: and then, oh, so that's a really long time to wait, wait for a microwave, I guess like this is 20, 22. Is that. So, I guess a lot of things are, you know, there's a lot of stocking issues, shipping issues, so maybe there was something wrong, but they obviously knew that there was a delay on this product and then they gave her a $40 credit.

[00:22:49] Trey Gerrald: $30 for their patients. How did you, how did you negotiate that? I need to take Rosemary's negotiation class.

[00:22:57] Chelsey Donn: So, okay. Well, I kind of liked the fact that Rosemarie owned up to that. They did something for her.

[00:23:04] Trey Gerrald: Yes. I am curious though, like this does I trust rose Marie? I appreciate the entire journey here. They tell you their age that there'll be older and like a couple of weeks why they want the microwave.

[00:23:19] Chelsey Donn: two 90, like very impressive, you know, not to demean,

[00:23:23] Trey Gerrald: to be a 90 year old riding on Trustpilot

[00:23:25] Chelsey Donn: right. That's what I'm saying. GO! grandma.

[00:23:28] Trey Gerrald: I guess the bottom line here for Rosemarie was like, I, even though I have this history with Sears, I'm going to use best buy in the future because they did everything quicker and faster and with all out the mishegoss.

[00:23:40] Trey Gerrald: So that is my question. Like if I were going to buy something from Sears, then how do I make sure that they delivery installation company is not going to be unvetted that's what's like alarming to me.

[00:23:51] Chelsey Donn: I don't really think you can. I think it's like unavoidable. It's I think it's a little bit of like a luck of the draw. Like I think this could have just as easily happened with best buy. It just happened not to.

[00:24:03] Trey Gerrald: Do you think that Sears uses multiple companies? Uh,

[00:24:10] Chelsey Donn: if I'm going here, I probably am already concerned. Or like the people that go to Trump's violet are going there to complain. So I'm trying to think of like someone that would come across this Review! and have it be useful. I guess if you don't know that they subcontract out and that it might be messy, maybe it would be useful that you would just go pick up the product and hire your own handyman.

[00:24:35] Chelsey Donn: I don't

[00:24:35] Trey Gerrald: Well, I do think what's interesting to me as useful is that Rosemarie spells out that they have been purchasing from Sears in the past. And most of their family does as well. And now this experience has happened and they chose another outlet, which I think is pretty valuable. I know.

[00:24:52] Trey Gerrald: that in my history of series, Sears used to be it.

[00:24:56] Trey Gerrald: I mean, that was before buy before circuit city, which doesn't exist. It was like, it was the place.

[00:25:01] Chelsey Donn: Hey kids, we're going to Sears.

[00:25:04] Trey Gerrald: had a discount Sears that

[00:25:05] Chelsey Donn: Put on your Sunday best,

[00:25:07] Trey Gerrald: mean, it was like everything. It was the Supercenter and now I

[00:25:11] Chelsey Donn: And Rosemary's 99. So she was very much large. Oh, sorry. Sorry. Rosemary. Rosemary is 89, about to be 90. And so they were very much a part of

[00:25:23] Trey Gerrald: The heyday, right? that is in my opinion today too, is like, I have been to the Sears in key west and it is, but a whisper of the greatness that at once was in my opinion. So wait, I do want to circle back. What do you think of Rosemary's title lies, corruption and theft.

[00:25:42] Chelsey Donn: Oh, my God. So funny. I just, I love the way Rosemarie writes this whole Review! I get like, kind of like secretary vibes, not to be demeaning, but like all the time stamps, I think they take any assignment very seriously and they want to make sure that they're doing it with a lot of authority, you know?

[00:26:04] Trey Gerrald: But I'm curious, what is the, what is the lie?

[00:26:07] Chelsey Donn: I'll go through each. The lie is that they're coming. Don't worry. Even if they don't call you, be basically making Rosemary feel like she's a nuisance for her concern. And then she ended up being right in her concern and then they, you know, so.

[00:26:27] Trey Gerrald: So then the corruption was that the company isn't even answering.

[00:26:31] Chelsey Donn: Yeah, it felt like this is this, like, is this a crime? Like, are they just, are they just not really accompany? And they're just trying to get money from Sierra. Like what is happening with the company?

[00:26:42] Trey Gerrald: the thievery because they got a full refund

[00:26:47] Chelsey Donn: Um, the thievery, maybe it's the person that stole the head of the team, the Maybe there's a kidnap. I don't know. All right. Maybe the thievery thievery of time. Thievery of time.

[00:27:03] Trey Gerrald: Yes. Very

[00:27:04] Chelsey Donn: Thievery of time.

[00:27:05] Trey Gerrald: we go. Okay, good. We did it? Well, think that this, I mean, besides the one little spot that tickled both of us, do you think that humor here? Is it entertaining

[00:27:13] Chelsey Donn: I was entertained by Rosemarie personally. I just say, I, I, you know, I'm such a cynic now cause we've been doing this a lot and there's a part of me that feels like Rosemary is like so perfect. And so many facets that it almost makes me wonder if this is like, A Wolf in sheep's clothing for best buy. Now, listen, I know that that's like a stretch, but it just seems very on the nose that it's like, I'm a grandma.

[00:27:41] Chelsey Donn: And like me and my family have been shopping at Sears for years. And then like this whole saga directing, he bought a bass bite. Now it's probably not,

[00:27:50] Trey Gerrald: Thank God for best buy

[00:27:52] Chelsey Donn: it's probably a real grandma,

[00:27:54] Trey Gerrald: I, Yeah. but that, but I appreciate you bringing that up. Cause we do question that a lot. I mean, all right. you, do you think there's an impact for you as this a deal breaker for you?

[00:28:04] Chelsey Donn: I just think it would reinforce kind of a belief that I already have, which is that I don't trust these install company. Like I don't trust it. If it was any product that I can just be like, throw it in my car, like a microwave. I would just do that. And if I needed help installing it, I would subcontract out myself.

[00:28:22] Chelsey Donn: But that's, that's also kind of just me. So I'll say grandma pushed me further into. State of mind. So I guess you could say that's an impact, right? All right. Should we crown Rosemary?

[00:28:38] Trey Gerrald: I think I'm ready.

[00:28:38] Chelsey Donn: All right, let's do it.

[00:28:40] Trey Gerrald: All right. So Chelsey and I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards and an effort to be fair and not influenced by one another. We will simultaneously reveal our rating.

[00:28:51] VOICEOVER: The Queens are Tabulating.

[00:29:01] Chelsey Donn: cool. I'm holding up four crowns trays only got four and a half crowns. I will look for crowns for Rosemary because I just thought, you know, there's a possibility that this isn't going to happen to everybody. And that it is sort of like a, you got lucky at best by this time, but they could burn you the next type situation and the slight suspicion that, you know, maybe they're leading us astray.

[00:29:24] Chelsey Donn: So they did set it up very well by giving what I love to do, which is the compliment sandwich for, uh, for Sears, but mostly a really solid Review! definitely had a point of view and a perspective. I, I joke, but I did believe that this would be something that would be very frustrating for. Uh, customer. And so for that reason, I went with four crowns for Rosemarie.

[00:29:50] Chelsey Donn: And you went with four and a half. Why did you go the extra half crown mile? Mio

[00:29:55] Trey Gerrald: the half mile,

[00:29:57] Chelsey Donn: the hat?

[00:29:57] Trey Gerrald: the half point, so, okay. So I wanted this to be a Review Queen and so much of it is like so close, but there were a plethora of spelling errors. Also, I do appreciate the journey of the Review! and the detail about how much communication there was. But I I took half of crown off because I just think it's a little too long.

[00:30:24] Trey Gerrald: I like, I think you could have gotten us to this feeling a little bit quick. But I just was so touched by Rosemarie. I love that it's like months before the grandson comes and they're trying to microwave and I was hurt charmed by Rosemarie, but is it a deal breaker? I don't know if I am weighing purchasing much from Sears.

[00:30:46] Trey Gerrald: I have done it in QS because it's the only option, but I was, I do think the impact is I, I would maybe inquire who will be servicing this. But I ultimately have the biggest impact here is like Rosemary was really trying to anticipate a problem and what's brushed off. And that is bothersome to me. The customer should always be right, you know?

[00:31:10] Chelsey Donn: Uh, great. And you're right. She, she did kind of do her due diligence and still sort of ended up short. So great. Review! try, always, always delivering with the, with the goods. And that might come up in a minute.

[00:31:27] Trey Gerrald: Wait, what was your grandma's name? Both of them.

[00:31:30] Chelsey Donn: You just, our first names, Sherry and Doris.

[00:31:34] Trey Gerrald: And mine were Elizabeth and Mary Knox,

[00:31:39] Chelsey Donn: Mary Knox,

[00:31:41] Trey Gerrald: Yeah. Country hillbilly folk. It was M a R

[00:31:43] Chelsey Donn: knock, knock who's there. And Mary

[00:31:45] Trey Gerrald: Well, yes, but it was spelled K N O X.

[00:31:48] Chelsey Donn: Oh, no,

[00:31:49] Trey Gerrald: I have no idea what that means, but her name was Meredith.

[00:31:52] Chelsey Donn: uh, like, was it a hyphen?

[00:31:54] Trey Gerrald: No, just two words.

[00:31:56] Chelsey Donn: Mary Knox. Okay. All right. Why were you asking, do you think rose Marie is like a real grandma.

[00:32:04] Trey Gerrald: I just don't hear Rosemarie much anymore at all.

[00:32:07] Chelsey Donn: You don't, you don't meet many Rosemary's, but I think it could make a resurgence grandma's names are like kind of hot again.

[00:32:14] Trey Gerrald: Yeah. Ethel.

[00:32:16] My Royal Highness

[00:32:16] Trey Gerrald: All right. My queen, we have the most Regal portion of our show Chelsey. Who are you inducting today for

[00:32:27] Chelsey Donn: Good. One.

[00:32:28] Trey Gerrald: and train Marie.

[00:32:30] Chelsey Donn: And train Marie tremory. Okay. So I did say thank you for delivering that Review! and I also want to thank a delivery person in this Royal Highness moment. I am nominating Sophia for Tato and Sophia was delivering a pizza to Karen Sullivan. And it was late at night. It was around 10 o'clock at night, and she was standing out waiting for the driver to come cause the driver was a few minutes away and Karen had previously had a knee injury.

[00:33:06] Trey Gerrald: Okay.

[00:33:07] Chelsey Donn: So out of nowhere in like the cover of night, she like her knee went out and she fell and she ended up like hitting her head and was bleeding and stuff. And so feeling. Came to deliver the pizza and happened to have been like a F like first responder, like EMT or something like that, or had like that, like knew how to respond until they could get people, you know, an ambulance there or whatever it was.

[00:33:38] Chelsey Donn: And now, you know, she survived. She, she, um, suffered two severe brain bleeds and she's recovering. Yeah. But she

[00:33:48] Trey Gerrald: she tip Sophia?

[00:33:50] Chelsey Donn: Oh, my God. Well she's she said that Sophia was her guardian angel. She literally said that she was seeing, she, it was 10 o'clock at night. You guys, she said she was seeing clouds. Like that's how bad, whatever.

[00:34:04] Chelsey Donn: To her with this fall was, and that Sophia came in like an angel and rescued her. And thank God she did, you know, because it was late at night, she fell in her driveway. It could've easily been, uh, you know, even more tragic. It was dark. And it made me just think of all of the. And I mean, this one is Sophia is obviously being recognized in an article, but so many unrecognized heroes every single day and how it's always my intention to be nice to everyone.

[00:34:35] Chelsey Donn: But in these moments, it just reminds me like, we're all human. Like, even if you're the person that's just like ordered your food and you're annoyed because they can't find your house and you're hungry and whatever. Uh, we just, didn't try to put that aside. And it's so hard in the moment. And by the way, of course, Sophia is just like, well, of course I did it.

[00:34:55] Chelsey Donn: Anybody would have, but not everybody. Is that aware all the time? It's not even, would you do something if you saw something, not everybody is seeing everything. So the fact that Sophia was aware and her awareness led to Karen Sullivan being okay. It's such a, such a beautiful mitzvah. And so it's such an honor for me today to nominate Sophia for Tato as our Royal Highness.

[00:35:26] Chelsey Donn: I think I can say our right.

[00:35:28] Trey Gerrald: Yeah, that's amazing.

[00:35:29] Chelsey Donn: speak for both of us.

[00:35:31] Trey Gerrald: Wow. Good job. Holy cow.

[00:35:34] Chelsey Donn: right. Ah,

[00:35:35] Trey Gerrald: It reminds me of the true documentary series and now HBO max show the staircase.

[00:35:41] Chelsey Donn: Oh, my God. You know, I got sucked in again recently.

[00:35:44] Trey Gerrald: Me too. All right.

[00:38:06] Chelsey Donn: Oh, my God. I used to, when I was at school, this is probably the story for matriarch, but I used to volunteer at this old people home to adopt a grandparent and the grandparent that I had used to sing the song that was like balled up pistol down, hold up, pistol down. And I said it wrong. I'm sure my friend Lauren will remind me, but.

[00:38:30] Chelsey Donn: Yes.
